You always hear in adds and on the Radio that "Rates are at an all time low... Call NOW!" Well rates really are at an all time low right now and if you own property and you have equity in your home you really should take a look at your options to better your current mortgage situation. Below is a chart reflecting the last year for long term mortgage rates.
Now would be a great time to evaluate if a refinance is a good fit for you. If you are on the fence waiting for the bottom of the market... You will miss it before you know it. Don't try and time the market! Get in if you can afford it. If you are an investor... well I don't have to tell you then. You are probably buying all the properties you can right now.
