Wrapping up the year of 2007 I always like to look back and review and reflect on the year. It is also a great time for goal setting and planning for the next years business goals. I myself, am always practicing in self development not only to improve my business but to improve myself as a person! It is very important not to get too complacent in anything that we are doing. 2007 sure did teach most of us exactly this whom are experiencing our first market downturn for our career.
